Prices
At Blåmst ApS we reserve the right to make any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out items.

Payment
Blåmst ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard or Mobilepay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and including VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery
Blåmst ApS strives to ship orders placed before 12 noon the same day, orders thereafter are shipped the following business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. You choose whether the goods should be sent to a parcel box or to your private address. The goods will be sent to the parcel box or address specified when ordering.

Your items will be shipped with Postnord or DAO.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact us at kontakt@blaamst.dk

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get a new item, a refund or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Blåmst ApS will cover the return costs.

Right of withdrawal and return

When returning, please contact kontakt@blaamst.dk . We offer a full 30-day return policy, even on sale items.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Returns must be notified to us no later than 30 days after purchase, and from the notification you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after. The notification must be given by email to kontakt@blaamst.dk. In the notification you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can exchange your item in our store in Horsens or by mail.

If you wish to return the item to us, please send us an email at kontakt@blaamst.dk stating that you wish to return the item. Once you have done so, we will send you a return label that you must use when returning the item.

If you choose to return your goods to our store in Horsens, it is free of charge. If you wish to return your goods by post, however, we will deduct a fixed amount to cover the direct return costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

You must therefore bear the return costs yourself.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

If you do not pick up your package at the parcel shop, you will still pay the 39,- for shipping. If the item ends up being returned to us, you will also have to pay for the return shipping.
